What inspires me about my work?
The most beautiful thing about my work as a facilitator and spaceholoer of Studio SOMA is that it carries so much variety that I never feel bored. I feel so inspired and creative in finding new ways and approaches in how to make the journey of growth more fun, easy and smooth although it can feel uncomfortable sometimes. That I have the chance to help and support so many people on their way of growth, is one of the most fulfilling things I can do. Your success is my success, your joy is my joy.
As a very sensitive and empathic being, I celebrate every step you take on the way and it doesn’t matter in which direction. This journey of soul here on earth is so individual, as I can say out of my own path. But what I have learned is, the more faces I can light up, the more people, families and friends I can support through my work, my energy, my frequency, my knowledge, my experience and wisdom here on this earth, the more free and happy this planet becomes. More true, more authentic, more fun and more full of people, being truly themselves.
What do I want to share about my personal journey?
That it is not over:D I always evolve and new ways are finding me to grow even more and expand my horizon of what I perceive of what I can be and access. New challenges and thresholds come and I step through them to never stop growing. My more „spiritual“ path started around five years ago with Yoga and Meditation, but I wanted to dive deeper into that whole universe around energy and how to remember more of my true nature and potential. A big question for me also was my purpose.
A very big and long lasting question mark. I always loved singing and dancing and I always had very creative ideas as a child. But what to do with that in the „normal“ world and make my money with that. When I was little I loved to be playful and felt very free but there has been a time in my life where things shifted. My joy disappeared and there was the heaviness of life creeping in. At some point I recognized that my life is not really me anymore.
I wanted to start new, to connect to myself again, to know what is really important to me, but I never really had a plan in how to shift things. So I became curious and finally took action to change. I studied, read books, participated in seminars and courses about spirituality, shamanism and energy and got in touch with a lot of different healing paths and educations.
Also now I am in a private couching and am participating in retreats, to always give me and my growth a priority in my life. I know now that the best invest I can do is in myself, there I have experienced the biggest shifts. Everything I learned on my path, I now bring into the space of STUDIO SOMA. To support YOU into your deeper parts of yourself and help you on the way of soul growth.
What is Studio SOMA for me?
I connect with Studio SOMA a place where you can become more of who you really are. You have the chance to connect more with yourself in a very safe and hold container in which you can grow not only alone, but also with others, in a strong and supportive community. Studio Soma offers you a space to take the time to prioritize yourself, to listen, to have fun and to connect to your own souls wisdom. All of our facilitators are there to help you to get more in touch with your whole being on all levels.
Physically but also energetically, emotionally and mentally because (just to name some common aimed states) clarity, peace and happiness are always to be found inside first to be rippled out into your reality. So to truly CHANGE, the way always starts inside, to listen, to become silent, to move your energy, your body and your being to take action and bring what you have learned into embodiment into your daily life, to your family, friends and whole environment. You have the power not to just change yourself but also give others through your own growth the space to become more of what they truly are. The choice if they want stays within them. Everything starts with a decision. This is the power of STUDIO SOMA.
