Soundhealing journey facilitator (coming up in march 2026)
Manne runs the Mother Earth Network since 2009, inspiring people to reconnect with MotherEarth, but also to reconnect with the Cosmos. He facilitates sound healing journeys, healing sessions and drumming circles for Mother Earth, creates guided meditations, creates Youtube videos and give lectures. He uses his soundhealing journeys in his Earth to Cosmos series to manifest the message about the importance of grounding in order to raise your consciousness –through sound, tones and frequencies.
What inspires me?
I am all about conveying spiritual messages through sound, and I go to great lengths to collect any instrument that can contribute to the magic of my sound journeys. It started with the message about the importance of grounding, which led me to the deep tones of the didgeridoo, and it kept growing from there. I am passionate about creating a space for people to grow through sound frequencies – from high to low, whether it’s about activating different energy flows in your body, or just relax and enjoy mesmerizing soundscapes.
What do I want to share from my own journey?
It’s been along and intense journey with many twists and turns. I have been passionateabout spiritual growth for more than 20 years, trying out living a spirituallife both outside and inside of “the system” in different periods. My spiritualturning point came when I reconnected with Mother Earth and found a way toground myself in depth, which allowed me to finally find the inner balance I didn’tknow I was missing.
What do I bring to Studio SOMA?
The first time I stepped into Studio SOMA gave me a feeling of “home”. An oasis of peace and serenity in the buzy Åkersberga landscape, where you can wind down and give nourishment to your mind, body and soul. Tatjana, William and Eva has a warm, positive and welcoming approach and I’m really looking forward to contributing to Studio SOMA.
